Prior to setting up Josiah-Lake Gardiner in December 2008, Rebecca had amassed a wealth of experience as a partner and head of the family law department first at Kenneth Elliott & Rowe solicitors in Essex and then at Healys in London from 2002.

Rebecca is a well-respected family law specialist who believes in adopting whenever possible an approach which is not only sensitive to the needs of the client as well as cost effective but which is also constructive with a view to reaching a settlement at an early stage. She is also prepared to take practical and decisive court action quickly when necessary.

Rebecca deals with all aspects of private family law work but specialises in complex financial issues, including those with an international element and appeals.

An outstanding tactician, Rebecca has garnered the respect of peers/colleagues and clients alike.
