Headed by David Josiah-Lake and Rebecca Gardiner, both of whom have over 25 years of experience handling all aspects of Family Law, Josiah-Lake Gardiner is a client-centred team of expert family and divorce solicitors. All three of the senior solicitors are recognised by the Legal 500. David is an author and editor, whose writings on Family Law are read widely and whose latest book on Cohabitants and the Law has been praised as an authoritative text in this area. Rebecca continues to take on cases that aim to change the way Family Law case are handled. Margaret Kelly is a deputy district judge, a mediator and an arbitrator. Lewis Powers and Stacey De Souza were both trained at Josiah-Lake Gardiner and are already rising starts in the profession.
