Yanthé Richardson (Legal Executive)
Yanthé trained with Andrew Jay and Co. Solicitors in Lincolnshire, where she gained a wealth of experience in conveyancing, criminal and family law issues. Since qualifying as a Legal Executive Yanthé has concentrated solely on family law work and her experience is wide ranging; including divorce, financial relief, domestic violence and children cases, both public and private.
Since joining Josiah-Lake Gardiner LLP in March 2009, Yanthé has been widening her experience further, assisting the partners on medium to high-net worth financial relief matters including cases involving international elements. Yanthé assisted Rebecca Gardiner on the reported case of B v B [2010] EWC 193.
Thanks to her expertise in the area, Yanthé deals with many of our client’s private law children disputes, including contact and residence issues.
Yanthé feels strongly that the most important outcome for parties to any family law dispute is that they emerge the other side ready and able to move on with their lives.
