Rebecca Gardiner (Partner)
Rebecca graduated with honours from the Chester School of Law in 1989 before being admitted as a solicitor in April 1991. Prior to setting up Josiah-Lake Gardiner LLP in December 2008, Rebecca had been appointed as a partner and head of the family law department of Kenneth Elliott & Rowe solicitors in Essex before joining as a partner and head of the family law department at Healys, London from 2002.
Rebecca is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in family law and believes in adopting an approach which is not only sensitive and cost effective but constructive with a view to reaching a settlement at an early stage. She is also prepared to take practical and decisive court action quickly when necessary.
She deals with all aspects of private family law work but specialises in complex financial issues, including those with an international element, as well as pre-marital and pre-civil partnership agreements and cohabitation issues and disputes relating to children.
